More than a homeschool tutorial — FCA also serves as your umbrella school, maintaining records and providing guidance and support every step of the way
Whether your family desires more flexibility, personalized instruction, or a strong Christian community, FCA’s Hybrid Program offers an encouraging and supportive educational experience for every stage of learning.
A hybrid is the combination of two or more different things, aimed at achieving a particular objective or goal.
The Hybrid Homeschool Program at FCA is designed to help parents with the homeschooling process. It’s like having the best of both worlds – home education and classroom learning in one.
Families still have the freedoms, flexibility and family unity that homeschooling provides, plus the added help of a teacher tutoring in a small Christian classroom environment 2-3 days a week.
FCA performs the lesson planning, teaching, and grading for students on campus and communicates to parents the school assignments for completion at home.
We offer a small, multi-level classroom that provides students with a caring environment and personal attention.
FCA’s flexible program allows you to choose a plan that best fits your family. Academic subjects are taught Monday & Wednesday . Fine Arts Fridays will be available as we have interest. Choose a 2 or 3-day schedule. Fine Art Fridays will be offered based on interest. Field trips and special learning opportunities planned throughout the year.
FCA recognizes that God has ordained the parent to be the primary educator of the child; therefore, FCA will partner with the parent in the educational process. This teamwork approach provides the ideal situation where students, parents, and teachers are all working together to obtain the same goal. FCA’s Homeschool Tutorial Classes are an extension of, not a replacement for, the home.
Students entering our academic program undergo a placement test to determine their exact learning levels to place them exactly where they need to be to succeed.
